Before every export you see all the text in one list to check it. Any change after that makes a new video, which is a new export. Downloading the exact same video again is free.
Your uploaded image or document is used only to read the content and is never kept on our servers. Exported videos are kept for 7 days so you can download them. Your project (text and settings) stays until you delete it, so you can export again later.
If an export fails, the charge goes back to your balance automatically. Top-ups themselves are non-refundable, but your balance never expires, so nothing is lost.
